The interview process was thorough, inclusive in design, and featured a diverse interview panel. The process was long but communication was strong throughout. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt supported from beginning to end.

Long winded complex process to fill an IT leadership position. Asked for all kinds of crazy steps like multi-page biz case assessment/write-up (i.e. free consultation), technical coding and even discussions with many references (before an offer) to waste everyone's time and undergo analysis paralysis. Lunatic hiring manager who is completely off the rails. Complete psycho employer !
