Interview
Microsoft Teams online call with the hiring manager and three team members. Each person asked a prepared question. The meeting began with a safety or inclusion topic. Questions were both technical and inclusion.
We did a phone interview followed by an in person panel interview. They had a background check, physical and drug test. The hiring process took about 4 months total. By time I received a job offer, I had actually thought that they had moved on.
