Evidence Action Program Director Kenya interview questions

The interview was quite rigorous. There were a total of 5 round of interviews in addition to two written exercises. The interview focussed on fit, work experience, people management and cost management with special focus on insights into expansion and management of large scale programs like budgeting, reporting, staffing and remuneration and performance metrics.
