Interview
First of all they are going to screening the candidates followed by technical and aptitude online test. If the candidates who cleared the test and they will have a technical discussion. If the candidate fulfill their criteria then they will going to take an training in Mani-pal Academy. The candidate who got trained well is going to place in their client locations.

First you will get in to group discussions their they will concentrate on ENGLISH and SELF CONFIDENCE, then after a process you will get training on Mainpal their specifc domain you will be trained, in training period there will be assessment so you have to crack that process .and Final assesemnt is important thing if you crack the final round only you will get in to project level.
For me it is good and smooth, Beacuse i already trained on mainframe so for me these period of time was helpful
