Very smooth. They just check your communication skill. It takes only two days to get selected. They asked one lacs rupees of cheque which I found very fishy...that is why I rejected.

1. JAM : They will give one topic , we need to speak few words on that topic.
2.GD : General Topic will be given need to speak on the topic about its pros and cons.
3. Appiti & Techinical: in this you have few questions on verbal and quant. java coading and testing related questions.
4. Techinical : in this pannel person will ask few questions related to java if u are selected as developer or testing if u are selected for tester position based on round 3 Performance.
5.HR: HR will tell u about policy and salary discussion.
