Strictly phone interviews starting with the recruiter. That interview was basic and asked the questions of "years experience, technologies worked with, etc..."
Second interview was with a Technical Manager or "Expert" who asked the same questions with a Project Manager slant to them. Very basic and very open to risk on the part of the employer. It should have been a larger red-flag.

Dopo avermi proposto un colloquio per una posizione full remote al primo step con head hunter, al secondo colloquio mi è stato detto che il full remote sarebbe stato possibile solo per alcuni progetti e che mi sarei dovuto traferire nelle zone in cui avrei dovuto lavorare.

Experis did a good job managing the interview process with the employer. The Experis team gave me pointers and increased my confidence. I feel I aced the interviews but the lack of a related degree torpedoed me.
