The interview was about 2 hours long. I was interviewed by 2 sets of people. The first set of people asked questions of how certain situations would be handled. The second group of people was more relaxed asking questions of would you be able to lift a certain amount, would you wear steel toed boots, etc

Pretty easy and straightforward. Interviewer asked about background in the lab. Why would I be willing to leave my current position, and what skills could I bring to the company .

It was very calm interview as there isn’t any pressure coming from the interviewer question. Aside from that, it’s very informative as they provide insight of the job role, scope and the company.

The interview process is lengthy. You’ll meet with various people in operations as well as the lab personnel. They will ask you detailed information about you previous experience. Be as specific as possible. Talk with confidence and you’ll succeed.
