I have applied at exxonmobil for a specific open position online. I saw that the status said 'applicaiton under review' for about a month. Te company representatives to my campus got back to me saying they can interview me while they were at my campus career fair.
I was contacted in person to set up a time slot.

Question 1
The first round was like an intro and it was pretty informal. They asked me how interested I was in the company and the position I applied for. The interviewer was a PhD holder, but not in my field. Also had questions regarding the behavioral patterns and how I would react to some circumstances. The interviewer referred me to the specific group that I applied to in Annandale, NJ.

I got invited to a campus interview. Questions were all behavioral, lasted one hour. Overall positive experience and interview. It has been a week since the interview. I am waiting to hear back, hope I will as the interview went pretty well!
