Applied through the ExxonMobil website and through the geology department. The Interview lasted for 30 minutes and was an on campus interview. The person conducting the interview was nice, but I could tell that they were looking for a specific type of person and I wasn't it.

I got the interview through on-campus recruiting. The interview was considerably relaxed, and mainly hinged on behavioral and personal questions. These included reference to my Master's thesis project, past employment and activities, and other items on my resume.
