Non existent. If you just show initiative and show up after turning in your application they will have no choice but to hire you. Wear nice clothing and use your customer service voice.
The interview was basic. Looking to see if you are personable and smart enough to count the money and work the register. Making sure cleaning duties were not a problem

Easy interview process, lotto experience plus the most important thing is open availability. & willingness to clean bathroom. Ughhh that's the worst part. It's was a two step interview I met with store manager then District later at the job offer the head of marketing or owner interviews you then you get a schedule.
