Interviewer was grilling me about my grades from my university transcript when I already had a few years of working experience in a Big 4 firm. She looked through one by one the modules and asked why I got this grade or that grade.
It would be a fair question if I was a fresh grad but I was not. I was already an audit senior in a Big 4. Seems a bit pompous to be so condescending about my grades.
Other than appearing condescending and extremely detailed in a negative way, she seems to be those kind of boxes who love to micromanage other people. My friend recommended me for the interview and thought she was quite nice - Don’t know is it because my friend is opposite gender.
More importantly, my transcript was sent before the interview. Seems a huge time waster and unfit to be in Treasury / Risk with such poor time management. If those specific grades were of utmost importance to you, couldn’t you have taken 5 minutes to look through that and then not let me go through the interview? It would have saved everyone’s time.

Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

Why do you apply this position? What is your motivation?
I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
