Round1 - Test(MCQs) on Aptitude, Verbal, Logical Reasoning , Core Technical Skills. Followed by Round 2 - Groud Discussion to test Communication skills, Team spirit, Patience, Creativity. Finally, Round 3- Interview - Mix of both Technical as well as Managerial Questions, I loved it, one of the best interview experiences I've had, Interesting questions asked, hence interesting answers expected, lasted for ½ hr. Questions asked based on resume/internships/projects/courses/skills.
