Interview
I travelled 1 hour for their 30-minute 1st round behavioral interview. Basic interview questions using STAR format about teamwork, leadership, diversity,... However, they ghosted me after the interview despite stating in the email that I will receive updates within a week. Only find out I'm no longer under consideration by checking the app portal 2 weeks later. Terrible HR recruitment process. Realize how Exxon treats the candidates who spent time committing to their application.
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

Interview
The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
