It was a Skype interview. To start we spoke a bit about my cv and then moved on to the real interview questions. The questions were nothing more than your usual interview questions. "Talk about a time when....." "Why did you pick Exxon?" Overall it was quite a relaxed interview and wasn't too formal.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
