The recruiters did not read much of my cv before my final round interview and were reading while asking template questions.
Most questions in the final round were about the descriptions of what I have done in a particular course, internship. Those questions applies to everyone and did not feel being valued.
No questions related to how much I know about the company nor the industry.

2 round , first round 1 hour and second round 1 hour . Behavior questions and add to that technical questions about financial statements and accounting and previous experience i had in the past

Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

Why do you apply this position? What is your motivation?
I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
