ExxonMobil Learning Consultant interview questions

I was asked to participate in a virtual interview with the recruiter. Unbeknownst to me, the hiring manager was also in the call. The first interview went well and I was invited to a second and final interview. The recruiter told me it would be a behavioral interview, and emailed me the Zoom call details. In the second interview, I was passed along from the recruiter to three different interviewers, one at a time. The first interviewer asked highly detailed questions regarding how I go about my work, which is contrary to the behavioral nature I was told the interview would be. I progressed through the last two interviewers and was informed within 2 days that I didn’t get the job. Respectfully, I encourage Exxon to examine their recruiting process. I had no knowledge of with whom I would be meeting or what to expect in order to prepare for the interview.
