First a phone interview. It is quite simple. Just some standard HR questions like yor background and explain why FDM should hire you. After that they will invite you to an assement day. It is from 9am to around 3pm. Actually the time you need to participate is very limited and most of the time is waiting. First the account managers would have a brief introduction of FDM, then there would be a logic and math test. It is so easy for an Uni Student. During the test, 2 of the managers would meet you and understand yourself more, like you carrer path, interests and your experiences etc. After lunch, there would be an presentation exercice. your team tried to find an interesting article in SCMP and present it to all after team discussion.

First phone interview with basic Java questions. Mostly with be by a non technical sales team member. Might be OOD concepts too. Second an in house interview (or phone depending on where you are). Interview consists on them having about 15 people do a basic evaluation, sort of like an IQ test with three different parts. Following is a three part interview with two account managers (the people who are in charge of placing you with a client) and one developer. Each about 10 minutes long. They'll determine if you're place-able and trainable.
