Interview
The traditional interview process is three rounds. First a phone interview with the recruiter. Second move onto a manager/coordinator in your perspective role. Then third, depending on the role you are sent to someone more senior. Interviews begin as behavioral then become more technical/experience based as you move further along with the process.
