Applied via Angellist and heard back from US office team member, spoke twice with him then conducted a growth challenge focused on user acquisition. Then had an interview with head of growth, was flown out to London office 2 days later to conduct superdays with Head of Growth, Co-Founder/COO, Head of PR, & Co-Founder/CEO. Overall really friendly and amiable process, the guys at Fat Lama are smart and moving fast compared to other firms I have interviewed with.
