The Job interview i went for was on third party payroll through a consultant of Delhi.The scheduled time for the interview was 9:30 AM and i reached there at 9:15 AM. the entry and visitor card formalities took mere 10 minutes and i was at 3rd floor where i was supposed to meet interviewer. The lady who was supposed to meet me passed by several times without even informing me that i will have to wait and she was busy with her own gossip and talks with her peers. I waited till 9:50 AM and in between i kept checking with the consultant if he could get the interview process started. At 9:51 Am i called the consultant to inform him that i am leaving from here and would not like to go ahead with the interview process. Being in HR if I get to know the interview process of an organization is like this, I would not be motivated to join that organization and do the same with other candidates. For the sake of courtesy the lady ( Asst. Manager ) could have informed me that i will have to wait and tell me the reason behind that so that i could understand there situation as well. Once i left from there then only she gave me a call to inform that they are ready to start now . Overall a bad experience and a NO to the process being followed.
