Assessment centre is comprehensive with case study. TI was just application questions and any fidelity and fixed income. Test was strengths based and numerical . AC was case study and further technical and strength based questions

Video questions sprinkled with some basic numerical and cultural fit questions. Takes about an hour and a half to complete. The assessment seems to come to an end but then they ask you to answer 2 more video questions about why Fidelity and why this role

The usual questions about why Fidelity, why this role, how would you gain the trust of important stakeholders, how would you build relationships with colleagues etc.

Video Interview with 5 competency questions. 30 seconds as preparation time and 1 minute to give an answer. I had problems with the connection and my answers were not even recorded.
