The process was a hassle, from 8:45 to 13:45, activities between company presentation , coding test, individual interview and group interview.
In the coding test we had 50 minutes to answer 5 questions, 3 coding (language of your choice) and 2 SQL, the time is not enough at all, very complex questions for the amount of time, even though the position is not for a programmer and in their presentation said that their learn program is 18 months. If a person is going to learn for so long why the company wants someone who knows how to code?
Second part was the interview very hard as well as the interviews asks a lot of questions about Java like classes, object and some questions about SQL as well, questions about methodology and few questions about my CV
Third part, group activity where everyone should participate to get marks .
Guys, it is just a graduate program is not a professional position, it is an opportunity for someone start in the area
The companies which are hiring an intern, trainee or graduate should be a little more flexible and open-minded in their selective process, the amount of skills, experience, and demands in general is absurd. It is nearly impossible to get a job in IT.
