I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2008
Interview
It was very detail oriented, they wanted to know my depth of knowledge on AML Compliance and Fraud and Risk Management. I interviewed with the Senior Compliance Associate and Branch Manager, overall I had I pretty positive image of the office and management. They seemed to have team-oriented culture there, which I though was a really big plus as far as I was concerned. Afterward I got to meet with some of the other brokers and staff, overall a very professional and sales-oriented environment.

Question 1
What did you dislike or change about the last managment you worked for?
Well, I applied for multiple jobs at Fidelity this year (2022). Needless to say, it’s been a horrible experience. After months of waiting to hear back, I had to email their Human Resources email just to get a response. After waiting another week and never hearing anything back, I emailed their Human Resources again. Finally, got a rejection (automated) email from one recruiter, and another recruiter emailed me directly. One of the positions I applied for was reposted and I never heard anything back from when I originally applied.
Never received an offer for an interview. Had to hunt down recruiters to give me feedback Very unprofessional. Should completely get rid of their recruiters and hire more professional people who actually care about "people" and doing their jobs.
I still cannot understand how a company with so many open positions along with high turnover doesn’t treat potential talent better. It is so unprofessional, so beware.
