I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Feb 2010
Interview
This interview was for the new LEAP program at Fidelity, for the Systems Analyst track. A couple of employees from the HR team attended the career fair at my university (one of the top 10 for my field) and after an info-session, were quick in signing me up for an interview.
The interview itself was a "marathon-style" interview, consisting of 3 interviewers one after the other. The total duration of the interview was about 1.5 hours, half an hour per interviewer.
Surprisingly, only behavioral questions were asked, hence making the interview on the easier side (compared to the many technical interviews i have given for similar positions). They got back to me within a week, and unfortunately, the systems analyst positions were all filled up. I was, however, referred to another division within LEAP, which I had a phone interview for, and was ultimately extended an offer.
Overall, I really liked the vibe and enthusiasm from the senior level employees I interviewed with.

Question 1
Have you ever had to deal with a difficult team member? What did you do to resolve the situation?
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Lots of "How would you handle ambiguity" and "Describe a moment where you failed/ worked with a difficult person" type questions. Although as harsh as it sounds, it really boils down to the interviewer liking you and not having someone else in mind. It is very difficult to get hired on full time if you're not a young white man so the company is not super diverse despite recent gains.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview experience was a great learning experience. First company of which I cleared aptitude and went to technical interview. The interviewer was very friendly and always kept me at ease. Just keep calm and answer to your best. Don't just say "I don't know" to stuff you don't know. They check how you react when things you didn't expect come up.
