I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Oct 2021
Interview
(May have skipped a phone screen bc of a referral)
One 45min interview: starts with some behavioral/resume/portfolio questions (really just depends on whatever the interviewer wants to ask after looking at your application); bulk of the interview was pair-programming in whatever language you feel comfortable in (1-2 Easy/Med LC depending on how fast you go)
Received a call from the hiring manager telling me I moved forward and giving feedback and advice for next rounds.
Two more technical interviews: also pair-programming. One was LC-esque, and the other was something written out by some employees to reflect more real-world financial application (though honestly felt like coding simple math - don't overthink it)
Loved all the interviewers I had. They were really intentional about making it feel like actual, friendly pair-programming. Very fun and genuine team. :)
Only negative part of the experience was lack of communication, despite follow up emails, for over a month after my last interview.

Asked about the four pillars of Object Oriented Programming, previous coding projects, describing full stack development and Application Programming Interfaces, asked to write SQL code and Angular code, one Leet Code easy level question
