I first got the 30 minutes phone interview, did a self-intro and walked the hr through some of my past experiences. The next round was the panel interview. There were three interviewers asking questions about your projects on the resume and testing whether you could handle what they do routinely. Finally, I got the offer call from hr.

first round is just a recruiter call, technically it was scheduled but they called me randomly then got a quick rejection from the hiring manager after a week and a half of waiting

Initial recruiter call but I didn’t get the offer due to sponsorship issue. But I had connected with rest of the team and they suggest there have been only 2 more rounds. One technical which is basically asking from resume and a managerial round with hiring manager.
