Interview
Easy process, had 3 rounds,
Technical , behavioural and HR.
Basic questions related to projects and subjects thought to be interesting were asked.
behavioral interview had questions related to team and leadership attributes.
Final round HR was the shortest one, only 2 questions were asked reltd to strength and weakness.
After clearing the aptitude test there was 3 rounds of interview. All of them were quite easy. Questions asked included few technical ones also some on our behaviour. Here confidence and technical knowledge is key. Finally there was HR round where questions were straight forward and simple. 2 day process with aptitude on the first day and interview the next.
