The process was very straight forward. The company does a great job of communicating. It has been a while but if i remember correctly there was only two interviews then an offer.

Interview
Very easy if you have a strong "Why" you want to do financial advising. It doesn't necessarily have to be about the role but it should be something sentimental. They really focus on this because there is a high turnover rate
