They'll waste your time by making you think you have a chance at being hired. Don't apply unless you have 10+ years of experience or know everything about stocks. These people are super picky and don't give you a chance, assuming that you aren't strong enough.

Honestly just had a screening and I couldn’t understand anything they used a bunch of crazy words. While I was on the phone with the hiring manager I literally got an email with a rejection.
