Applied through on campus recruiting, 30- first round interview with an alumni, very senior guy; if successful would be invited to super day in Baltimore.
The interview is more abstract and financials focuse than other ones.

Interview
Interview generally pretty easy, looking for fit. Why you’re interested in fidelity, role, etc. almost 0 technical knowledge besides “dyk excel, sql, o365?” I would give the difficulty like a 2/10
Fairly straightforward. 3 rounds. final round with 2 panels of 6 analyst/PM. Majority focus on stock pitch and motivation. Important to know the ins and outs of your stock pitch because they will grill you.
