Phone call with recruiter, then zoom meeting with two directors/members of the intern program. First interview was very introductory, the second interview was lots of behavioral questions. Interviewers were all very friendly and seemed interested the whole time.

It was easy and was one phone screen plus a Zoom interview. Very communicative and positive. Very nice people, and they want to see you succeed. Know why you want to do HR.

I had two rounds of interviews: a 30 minute phone call with my recruiter and then a 30 minute Zoom interview with the HR Director and an HR Rotational Associate.

The recruiter asked: What is your personal motivator for success, tell me about a project you worked on that didn’t go right and how you fixed it, and why Fidelity + why HR. During the Zoom panel interview, I was asked about a time I had to change my behavior to yield better results, a time I had to give feedback to someone else and how I handled that, and a time I faced a challenge.
