I had an in person interview, there were 2 managers in the interview . Very personable, and transparent about the job. Asked about my experience, and dealing with clients. They also asked why I wanted the role
The 1st interview was a self-recorded interview where you're replying to fixed questions. The 2nd interview was a panel interview with multiple interviewers. The 3rd interview was an offer from 1 of the original interviewers.
I had a screening call with a talent acquisition officer. My interactions with the individual was unpleasant and unprofessional. The individual missed multiple calls we had scheduled and eventually ghosted me.
Hr screening, then interview with branch. Not a whole lot to report as questions were fairly standard relating to planning experience and client relationship management abilities. Did not get position as even though I was told I interviewed well they had many qualified internal candidates.
