Can be long and you have to jump through a lot of hoops which can become discouraging. Three interviews with one or two people which was interesting. A recruiter usually reaches out first.

The process was easy but they do a credit check which can hurt your chances of getting the job. They also don't ask much about what you could bring to the table and seemed to mostly be looking for call center people instead of potential.
