3 rounds of discussion. 1st was just intro and shared links of job requirements. 2nd was sharing interest in the job and final was 1 hr video which was mostly behavioral and past experience

The lady was very nice but as I went along, seemed to be a bit condescending. Made it seem like the questions I was asking weren’t valid. Make sure to be SUPER specific with your answers because I had to wait a whole day for her to tell me that my answers weren’t specific enough and I didn’t get the position. Make sure to know WHY you want to get into the finance industry, because the answer “I’m just trying to get my foot in the door for the job title that has career development” isn’t enough. Most of it was them giving you a description of the job, as if you didn’t see all of the info basically studying for it.
