I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in July 2024
Interview
Two interviews. The first was a 30 minute phone interview with an HR person, mostly walking through the resume and asking why this job etc.
The second interview was an hour long and was with two people who worked in the branch I had applied to. Questions were mostly behavioral, some customer service related questions, and near the end of the interview I was asked 7 rapid fire technical questions. They were pretty basic, although apparently I was the only person they had ever interviewed that successfully answered all 7.

First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.

Interview
Interview starts with a phone call from recruiter, and then you move on to a branch leader for the future location you will work at and you have the chance to speak with some of the team.

The job description was nothing like what the said it was. They advertised it as hybrid when it was full time in office. Implied would be customer service when it was sales.
