Quick Internal hire went very easy on me as I was internal hire. Approached me for the role, met with many people I already knew and worked with. Very friendly and targeted to internal policies and procedures.

Overall I would describe the experience as invasive and a complete waste of time. For reasons HR is unable to explain, they absolutely must have your salary history to be considered for a role. What I made at previous roles is simply none of anyone's business. I walked out of the interview when they insisted I complete the salary history section of the document they wanted me to complete.
