If you have other offers for different SDR positions, just forgo this interview process.
The interview was easy. The questions were open-ended, and there was no exam or personality test. - However, do not expect to be told the truth in the interview process, especially in regards to pay if you are talking to Daniel Winn. Daniel mentioned to several individuals that currently work the SDR position that almost every SDR hits their goals, and that they can expect to make at least 24k above the base salary. This is not the case, at all. Currently at this role, you can expect to make an extra 10k on your base pay, if you are a top performer on the team.
As far as base pay, they will offer you 35k. Do not take 35k, as they offer up to 45k (the competitive SDR rate in SLC).
