Interview
When the initial recruitment process is fragmented and you are the only one constantly reaching out to facilitate moving the needle, its just the start of how unorganized things will be with this company. Initial phone conversation with a recruiter, make sure you are okay to be in office M-F, 8-5p, then they reached out for availability, scheduled call with Sales Executive, then changed the date and time the day before and pushed out a week. Really got the impression that my time was not valuable at all, which will be solidified after the final interview (Connected with the team on 3 occasions). After Zoom call, I had to reach out again to see what the status was, only to realize nothing would have been done had I not reached out. Scheduled in person interview at Filevine. Things went fine, just typical interview with presentation of a product needed. Did not hear back, so reached out once again only to receive an automated email stating that they would be moving forward with other candidates. After requiring the candidate on 3-4 separate connections to interview, then to receive an automated email has got to be the epitome of the phrase: you are just a number.

Interview
Interviewed with sales executives. They seem very hung up on working 40 hours in office even for a sales role that covers the US. When pressed on the reason for this, they couldn't really tell me.
