I applied in-person. I interviewed at Forever 21 in July 2013
Interview
I went in to get an application and turned it in a few days later. I got a call yesterday asking if I could come in for an interview today at 3:00pm and who to ask for. I waited in the store for about 10 minutes and then they took us all down to the food court to sit at a table. There were about 2 interviewers and 6 of us who applied. Before we started they asked what we already knew about Forever 21. Then they told us to just jump in whenever we had an answer and we went around the table saying who we were and what experience we have. After this they asked us some simple questions I listed on here. The last thing they did was have everyone try to sell the outfit of the person to the left of them. What I mean by "sell" their outfit is you both simply stand up and you talk about what the person's wearing in a positive way. For example, you could talk about a shirt and say what time of the year it's good to wear, what it works well with which could be the pair of jeans they're wearing, if a certain part of their outfit is really in style right now. Just explaining things about why it's fashionable. The interview ended and they asked if the times we were available to work were still correct. The 2 women who interviewed us thanked everyone and we all left.

Question 1
Name a time you had to juggle multiple tasks at once?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
