Interview
They had a table with applications out for the holiday season. I filled one out and pretty much got interviewed right away. The interview was really brief and super informal. A girl my age (maybe younger) interviewed me. Im in my early 20s. It seemed as though they were just trying to get ppl in the door. They asked a few questions about myself and about my personal style. Whether I was into fashion etc. There was almost no wrong answer to all of their questions.

Question 1
There really was no difficult question. Maybe a question about a time when I had to make a moral decision at work or had to deal with a bad customer. Something like that. The turnover at Forever 21 is really high so there is barely an interview.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
