There was an initial interview with the recruiter and then 2 rounds of interviews with the team the position is for. It took a few weeks to finalize the process but I was offered the position at the end.

They asked about previous experience, including retail math and metrics I use to analysis data.

Interview
The process was very long and there was a lot of back and forth with scheduling. I had to come back a total of 3 times to complete the interview process. Each time I came back I met someone new. I wish I could have interviewed them all in one day.

Interviewed for two different buying departments. Very unprofessional. Left me waiting for over an hour in the room until someone came in. Devil wears Prada atmosphere. Unorganized and would never work there.
