The store manager assigned me an interview time and date beforehand. When I arrived, they greeted me politely and kept the interview process very casual. The questions ranged between my experience, what I want from the company, and what-if scenarios with customers.

First time job and got the interview on the spot because of my positive attitude and goals to accomplish with the company, it was a little hard because I was interview with other people, but at the end I try my best to answer the questions asked at the interview and got my self into the company.

I applied online and got a call back a few days later. The interview was short and casual. The manager asked about my availability, previous retail experience, and how I would handle customers during busy hours. They also asked a few questions about teamwork and sales. The whole process was friendly and took around 20 minutes.
