Formal interview with the HR group, and then an informal conversation with key people in the company within the practice area. Overall, it's an easygoing, relaxed atmosphere. Most of the meetings are virtual, with one meeting being in person.

Interview
The interview had reasonable realistic situations to analyze and discuss. The education and knowledge abilities were lacking but it was fairly easy to work it into answers of other questions.
