    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at GHD full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Larger offices seem to operate effectively, large pool of knowledge and lots of mentorship for graduates

    Cons

Smaller, regional offices don’t offer mentorship with respective discipline RPEQ and management expects graduates to work in any engineering discipline (mech doing civil works etc) when even baseline knowledge is lacking. Senior engineers want to help but are over worked to be able to lend an hour to explain topics or budget won’t allow etc (every hour must be billed to client)
