I had two phone interviews and one in person interview with three different people. The first phone screen was with someone from Human Resources, the second was with my now boss. The in person interview was three 30 minute interviews with directors and my boss in my group.

Interview
The interviews were really enjoyable - some were virtual and some were face-to-face. Every representative from the company was welcoming and supportive throughout each of the interviews. This was a great way to get to know people from the organisation and gain insight into what it would be like to work for the organisation.

The interview and hiring process at Gallup was fantastic. Each person I talked to during the process was kind and genuinely wanted to answer any question I had, no matter how big or small it was. I had a phone screening interview and then three interviews with current Gallup employee in the department I was applying for.
