I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gallup (New York, NY) in Apr 2010
Interview
Initially answered an ad for a related position through Monster.com, and took the online personality test. Received an e-mail advising that I wasn't suitable for that position but that I should apply for other positions. Applied for another position and was advised by e-mail to call for an interview. Interview was scheduled for two weeks later and lasted for about 50 minutes. Questions were behavioral based, e.g., When have you risen to a challenge? Describe your role and any outcomes. Received an e-mail one week later asking me to report for a personal interview and met with an employer who who held the same position I would have held who then asked a lot of questions that seemed directed at my ability to work in a team.

The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gallup (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Received a call to schedule an interview; I wasn’t told who I would be speaking to or what the interview will be out. The interview was a 50 question personality test which was being administered by a robotic sounding person. No introductions, no skill questions asked. The personality assessment was something you answered in the moment while also adding examples.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gallup (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2016
Interview
There was a 45 minute phone interview that paralleled the online personality assessment when you first apply. There were 65 questions, and most were designed to be answered immediately. Your work attitudes, perceptions of excellence, self-image construct and team values were all tested. Overall, if you are comfortable in your own skill, take care of those around you, and strive to be the best in all you do, the questions were not jarring by any stretch!
