Gallup Associate Consultant - Consulting Group interview questions

Got an email several days after applying and finishing the online survey. The email was for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for more than a hour. I searched and learned that the first phone interview was not about your profession but for behavior questions. Honestly, I still have no idea why I did not get into the second round because I answered absolutely the same as the online survey. Absolutely weird.
