I walked in and they checked my online application. After that I basically just got interviewed by the manager. Once the interview was over he told me he would review my application and call me.

Easy and casual interview. The person doing the interview was really nice which made the process go pretty smooth. It didn’t really feel like a typical comprehensive interview given how short it was. I think they were just trying to fill an open role ASAP.
It was an informal scenario-based situational hypothetical situation with a semi-scripted correct answer type format. Super casual and friendly, initially with the assistant manager, then with the store manager, and eventually a phone interview with the regional manager

Interview
It was easy but they were slow to respond. Questions very basic, attitude and what customer service means to you. That kind of stuff. I didn't get a call or any follow up until I called them again.
