Interview
After turning in my application, it took a couple days for it to be reviewed. Within 5 days I got a call from the manager &was asked to come in. We went through the interview process, which was fun yet also to the point. After the interview was over, that same day they had me start.
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
