First interview was 30 minutes where 15 minutes was behavioral, basic questions about why Garmin and describe a project that exemplifies your programming skills best. Then HR interview. Then 1 hour interview, 30 min behavioral asking about projects and then 30 min technical. Really make sure you know your basics.
